미소

 

미소는 고요하되 가장 강력한 힘,

연금술을 일으키는 현자의 돌

 

웃으면 행복이 피어나고,

타인도 함께 꽃처럼 웃게 되네

 

미소는 돈 없이도 베푸는

최고의 보시,

따뜻한 눈빛만으로

타인에게 기쁨과 용기를 선물하네

 

웃는 얼굴은 순풍에 돛단배,

입꼬리 살짝 올려도

복(福)이 제 발로 굴러든다

 

입꼬리 올림에 근육이 풀리고,

장기(臟器)에 스민 미소 한 방울,

갖가지 쌓인 독소 말끔히 녹이네

 

웃음은 유효기간 없는 최고의 명약

엔돌핀이 춤추고 면역이 깨어나,

몸과 마음이 바람처럼 가벼워진다

 

생각 멈춘 그 순간,

미소는 현존의 문을 열어

지복의 상태,

깨달음의 소식을 전한다

 

벗이여,

늘 미소 지어라!

그대의 하루가 이미 신의 유희이니,

세상의 한줄기 빛이 되리라!

I am

a Smile

 

Silent, yet the strongest force,

a philosopher’s stone of alchemy.

 

When I smile, happiness blooms,

and others, too, blossom like flowers.

A smile is the highest gift,

given without coin,

a tender gaze

offering joy and courage to another.

 

A smiling face is a sailboat with the wind behind,

even the faint lift of lips

draws blessings that roll in of their own accord.

 

With lips uplifted, muscles release;

a single drop of inner smile seeps into the organs,

dissolving every poison gathered there.

 

Laughter is medicine without expiry,

where endorphins dance and immunity awakes,

lightening body and soul like the wind.

 

In the still moment thought has ceased,

a smile opens the gate of presence—

a state of bliss,

a whisper of awakening.

 

O friend,

smile always!

Your day is already God’s play,

your being, a single ray of light upon the world.
